She argues: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8220;It seems essential for the UK to have a national investment bank&#8230; This will help fund the investment needed to support the structural transformation required for a greener economy, that will provide our citizens with an ecologically sustainable future and decent jobs, and will increase the UK\u2019s productivity throughout the country; above all, it can help create an economy that serves the many not the few.
